What we do · C-02
Quality Assurance & Inspection
We agree the standard before production, check the goods while they run, and inspect the order before it ships.
01 / What this covers
Where this helps.
A final check cannot fix a problem that started at the beginning of the run. We agree what good looks like first, then check material, production and the packed order against that standard.
The inspector does not work for the factory. If a lot does not match, we hold it. You decide whether it is reworked, replaced or credited.
What we need from you
- Approved specification and reference sample
- Factory and production schedule
- Acceptance criteria and test method
If you do not have all of this, send what you have. We will ask the questions needed to scope the work.
02 / How we handle it
Three steps, each with an output.
The work is broken into three clear steps. Each ends in something you can read before the next one begins.
- Q1
Agree the standard
We turn your specification into checkpoints an inspector can apply on the line and at the container.
Output
Inspection plan
- Q2
Check during production
Materials, first output and running production are checked against the approved standard.
Output
Progress notes and issue log
- Q3
Inspect before dispatch
The packed order is sampled, photographed and counted before the container is sealed.
Output
Pre-shipment report
03 / What you get
What you receive.

What is checked, how it is sampled and who signs it off

Findings with photographs and a clear pass or hold decision
