What we do · C-01
Sourcing & Supplier Checks
We find factories that already make your product, check whether they can meet the specification, and quote from the ones that can.
01 / What this covers
Where this helps.
A low price is no use if the factory cannot hold the specification or ship on time. Before we quote, we check what the plant actually makes, how much it can produce, and whether the documents it claims are current.
You see the factory we propose to use. If we cannot find a credible option at your target price, we say so rather than send a weak quote.
What we need from you
- The product and specification, or a sample
- Target quantity and pack format
- Destination port and required date
If you do not have all of this, send what you have. We will ask the questions needed to scope the work.
02 / How we handle it
Three steps, each with an output.
The work is broken into three clear steps. Each ends in something you can read before the next one begins.
- S1
Brief and feasibility
We read the specification against real production capability and flag anything that cannot be met at the target price.
Output
Written sourcing brief
- S2
Factory shortlist
We approach manufacturers that already run the product and confirm capacity, lead time and the documents they hold.
Output
Factory options with capacity notes
- S3
Quote and sample
You get comparable quotes on the same terms. Where a sample matters, we arrange one before you commit.
Output
Like-for-like quotes and sample plan
03 / What you get
What you receive.
