01 / Who does what

Finds manufacturers who can meet your specification, checks their capacity, and sends you the sample and supplier details before you commit.
Logistics & Documents
Freight, customs and export paperwork
Books the freight, prepares the export documents and handles clearance. Our own team, not a chain of subcontractors.
02 / Working with us
One name, one number.
You deal with the person handling your order, not a call centre.
Names and direct lines are confirmed with your first quotation. If you need to know who will handle a specific desk before then, ask and we will tell you.
If a shipment needs a decision, it is made by the person who owns that part of the order. No committee, and no waiting for someone senior to sign off.
Direct line
The trade desk answers new enquiries. Existing orders go to the person named on the quotation.
