What this covers.
Grain is a volume business where small errors compound. Moisture, breakage, foreign matter, protein content and infestation limits are the difference between a profitable cargo and a rejected one at the destination port.
We buy from mills with their own laboratory, verified during audit. Every lot is sampled at the mill, retested at the consolidation hub, and accompanied by a certificate of analysis that names the mill and the batch.
