What the specification covers.
For food-grade maize we source from grain-handling facilities with dedicated food lines and pest control programmes. For feed grade we work with larger volumes and silo shipments.
Moisture is the parameter that decides whether a cargo survives a six-week sea voyage, so we dry to a level you specify for your destination rather than a standard figure.
