Pulses are graded on count, split percentage, moisture and cooking time. We supply both whole and split (splitting ratio disclosed), in retail or food-service packaging.
Our suppliers run optical sorters and metal detectors, and we verify both during the pre-production audit rather than accepting a declaration.
