What the specification covers.
Onions and potatoes are a race against sprouting and rot. We buy from packhouses close to the loading port, so the gap between packing and container is short, and we tell you which packhouse it was.
We decline requests for a departure date more than four weeks out, because in that window a lot can outgrow its grade.
