What the specification covers.
Our frozen range is processed in two plants in Maharashtra, both of which we audit annually for IQF line temperature, metal detection and microbiological control.
Packs are nitrogen-flushed for long-distance sea freight where shelf life demands it, and the residual oxygen figure is stated.
