What the specification covers.
Assam is the largest tea-growing region we buy from, and quality varies by garden, season and grade. We buy from gardens and bought-leaf factories we have visited, and we taste before we commit.
Every lot is graded on leaf size, moisture and liquor, and the tasting note and retained sample travel with the shipment so a buyer can compare against their own standard.
